I chose Penn for Anesthesiology because: It was important to me to find a residency program where I could grow clinically and learn in a supportive environment. Penn was an easy choice for me- the residents and faculty form a close knit community, the clinical work is challenging, and the research opportunities are vast. I also appreciate the departments' ongoing and active commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. I love living in Philadelphia, too!
