Congratulations on your interview with Penn Cardiology! We have carefully designed a unique interview experience to help you get to know our program on a personal level and for us to get to know you. Features of newly reimagined virtual interview experience include:

  • An overview of the fellowship training program with the program director, assistant program director, chief fellows, and subspecialty training program directors
  • Fellows/applicants-only sessions on the day of your interview as well as optional additional fellows/applicants-only happy hours to help you better get to know our fellows and discover what makes Penn a unique and special place to obtain cardiovascular disease training
  • One-on-one virtual interviews with the program director, assistant program director, and faculty members hand-picked with your stated interests in mind
  • Informational one-on-one sessions with current fellows also selected to match your interests
  • A PennPal (current fellow) who will serve as your ambassador to Penn Cardiology before, during, and after your interview day

During your meeting with the program director, you will have the opportunity together to literally map out how you can achieve your career goals through training in our fellowship program. Each applicant will emerge from that meeting with their own, tailored version of the below map representing the flexible, individualized training available in our program.
