About Dr. Ginzberg

Sara is a chief resident resident in General Surgery. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology & Evolution from the University of Michigan in 2013. She spent a year working for Kaplan Test Prep and traveling prior to enrolling in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. During her two years in the lab, she studied surgical quality improvement and disparities in cancer outcomes under the mentorship of Dr. Heather Wachtel. She plans to pursue a fellowship in Surgical Oncology.
