About Dr. Nehemiah
Ariel is a categorical resident general surgery. She currently has an interest in colon and rectal surgery, as well as surgical oncology. Her research interests include healthcare disparities and health literacy. She intends to devote her time in the lab assessing the health literacy of surgical patients and working to develop a comprehensive program to improve it and allow patients more of an opportunity to be active participants in their care.
