About Dr. Alur
Rucha is a clinical first-year general surgery resident at Penn. She earned her Master's in Law while in medical school at the Carey School of Law and focused her research efforts during medical school on the intersection of law and trauma. She graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in Neuroscience from Princeton University in 2020 and then earned her MD from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 2024.
