About Dr. Lutfi

Waseem is a resident in general surgery. He grew up in Santa Cruz, California and attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. Waseem has a background and interest in surgical outcomes research and biostatistics. Much of his research has been outcomes research in surgical oncology and thoracic surgery, both of which are fields of interest for fellowship training.
