About Dr. Sobieski
John Sobieski is a PGY4 categorical resident in the Department of Surgery, Division of Urology, at the University of Pennsylvania. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies from the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond. He then earned his medical degree from Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.
In medical school, his research focused on novel pathways for treating pelvic organ prolapse, clinical process improvement for the management of erectile dysfunction, and consensus management strategies for clinically node-positive prostate cancer. His current research interests center around sexual medicine, reconstructive urology, and health care quality/process improvement.
