Anuja Dokras, MD, MHCI, PhD is the Executive Director of the Women's Health Center for Clinical Innovation (WHCCI) and the Founder's Professor in Women's Health in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine. Dr. Dokras brings to this role her extensive research experience in translational medicine and clinical trials, and administrative experience as the physician lead of the gynecology population team of the Women's Health Service Line at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. She is also the Director of the Penn Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Center, a multi-disciplinary center providing care to adolescents and people with polycystic ovary syndrome. Dr. Dokras is an internationally recognized NIH- funded researcher, patient advocate and educator. She is on the senior editorial team of Endocrine Reviews and Fertility & Sterility and co-editor of the textbook Yen and Jaffe's Reproductive Endocrinology. She received her training in obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive endocrinology at Yale New Haven Hospital, a masters in health care innovation (MHCI) from the University of Pennsylvania, and a doctor of philosophy from the University of Oxford.
Emily Seltzer is the Director of Practice Transformation Innovation in the Center for Insights to Outcomes at Penn Medicine. Her portfolio of projects focuses on improving access and health outcomes for women in the greater Philadelphia region. She designs, tests, and scales new health care services that enhance quality and experience for both patients and providers. Emily's projects leverage technology and novel workflows to support patients outside of health care settings and enable providers to stay connected with their patients between visits. Emily received her master's degree in public health with a concentration in community health from New York University and completed her bachelor's degree at Penn State University.
Nick Bailey is an innovation manager in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Penn Medicine. In collaboration with Penn Medicine's Center for Health Care Innovation, Nick assists in the development, day-to-day implementation, and evaluation of innovation projects that improve patient experience, clinician workflow, and patient access. He holds a bachelor's degree in international business and management from Dickinson College and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from LaSalle University.
Caitlin Martinez is a Project Manager in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Penn Medicine. In her role, Caitlin spearheads a range of projects aimed at enhancing patient care and streamlining departmental operations. She leverages her expertise to drive initiatives that improve efficiency and outcomes for both patients and healthcare providers. Caitlin earned her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Widener University. She holds a Bachelor’s in Biology from Rowan University.
