The Cardiothoracic Surgery Interest Group (CSIG) at the Perelman School of Medicine aims to increase medical student exposure and access to the field of cardiothoracic surgery. CSIG connects medical students to CT surgery faculty and residents, facilitating mentorship, shadowing, and research engagement. CSIG also organizes educational talks and surgical simulation events throughout the year.
