The Penn Medicine EMS Fellowship Program requests that physician applicants forward the following materials to PennEMSFac@uphs.upenn.edu
- Current Curriculum vitae
- Cover letter with personal statement describing your interest in EMS in general, and the Penn EMS Fellowship in particular
- Three (3) original letters of recommendation, one of which must be from your current or most recent program director
